Orr Leschziner

Orr Leschziner is an independent researcher, Cyber Security Expert and writer, whose work explores the structural patterns of history, identity, and civilizational conflict. His research spans more than three decades of interdisciplinary study across literature, history, linguistics, mathematics, psychology and philosophy, focusing on recurring systemic behaviors within human societies. Leschziner served for fourteen years in the Israeli Defense Forces (IDF). During his military service he received a citation for operational excellence, recognizing exceptional performance and leadership in the field after leading the rescue of a Nahal combat crew in Lebanon under heavy fire in 1993. Alongside his historical work, Leschziner spent more than twenty years working in systems engineering and cybersecurity, specializing in reverse engineering, code analysis, and pattern detection within complex technological environments. This technical background informs his approach to historical analysis, where he examines civilizations as operating systems with underlying architectures, recurring patterns, and identifiable structural constants. Raised in a family deeply connected to the historical landscape of Israel, Leschziner developed an early engagement with archaeology and ancient history. His grandfather worked across the Levant during the 1930s–1940s as an architect and engineer and participated in the reconstruction of the Snake Path at Masada with archaeologist Yigael Yadin. This background shaped Leschziner’s lifelong interest in historical continuity and cultural memory. Having lived for many years across Europe and the United States before returning to Israel, Leschziner combines personal experience with historical analysis to examine how cultural narratives, political systems, and inherited identities shape the trajectory of civilizations. Juggernaut: A Paradigm Shift on Antisemitism is his first major published work. In it, he proposes a structural model for understanding antisemitism as a recurring phenomenon embedded within the architecture of civilizations rather than a series of isolated historical events. Leschziner lives in Israel, where he continues his research and writing.
