A Lifetime of Service – Rabbi D Maizels

Rabbi Desmond Maizels (1949-2021) served the South African Jewish community for close to half a century as a Rabbi, Mohel, Shochet and Sofer – seeing to the Kashrut, Weddings, Shul Services and general welfare of the local community.

To continue his legacy, the Camps Bay Shul compiled these stories spanning his lifetime of Service and Dedication to Hashem and the Jewish people.
